Huawei’s noise-canceling headphones called the Freelace Pro were introduced
At the Huawei MateBook Series conference, Huawei also unveiled a new headphone; Freelace Pro headphones that are round neck and have the ability to remove noise (Noise-Canceling).
According to Huawei’s official announcement, the Freelace Pro headphones are a noise-canceling headphone. In designing these headphones, Huawei has paid a lot of attention to its lightness and stylish appearance. These headphones will be available in three colors: Obsidian Black, Spruce Green and Morning White. The charge box of the Togoshi headphones and the protection of the control box on the wire are made of aluminum alloy. The square and curved body is in harmony with the headphone neck strap to create a flat, three-dimensional and beautiful appearance.
Headphones equipped with Huawei noise canceling capability
To make these headphones easier to use, the Huawei FreeLace Pro headphone has passed many “ergonomic” tests. The body of the device is designed like a “Bionic” headphone that looks like a bird. Togoshi headphones come with three soft rubber earbuds (Rubber) in different sizes. These headphones are very easy to use for several reasons, such as the light weight of the Huawei FreeLace Pro (34 g), the use of nickel-titanium alloy in the neck strap and the silica gel compatible with the shell used on the outside of the body.
Compare FreeLace with the previous generation of headphones
Two high-sensitivity microphones are installed inside the headset, which can reduce noise with great accuracy by sampling internal and external sounds twice. These microphones are combined with stable and advanced noise reduction algorithms. In experimental data extracted from Huawei Laboratories, the maximum noise reduction can be as high as 40 decibels.
Huawei FreeLace Pro headphones support clear transmission of ambient sounds. You can switch from Noise Reduction mode to Transparent Transmission mode by pressing and holding the touch screen on the left phone.
In addition to the ability to remove dual active noise, Huawei FreeLace Pro is also equipped with high quality noise cancellation during calls. Unlike regular noise canceling systems that have a microphone, the Huawei FreeLace Pro Wireless Headphones use a three-microphone compatible sound sampling system. These microphones can attenuate ambient noise or noise and disturbances caused by wind. By doing this, the natural human voice is transferred to the other side and the clarity of the voice is maintained during the conversation.
Huawei FreeLace Pro uses large 14mm dynamic drivers with copper coil. In fact, the use of such drivers is rare in Togoshi headphones. In addition, there is a larger dynamic unit with better material quality in the aperture and a sturdy dome made of aluminum-manganese alloy. The Low Frequency Sound Guide provides a more subtle definition of 3-frequency sound effects.
Huawei FreeLace Pro uses the same special FreeLace design. The design of the USB-C connector with the same integrated and hidden form is included in the new headphones. So this headset can be charged quickly and anywhere using a smartphone, PC or tablet (with OTG support). These Huawei headphones also have the ability to connect quickly via Bluetooth. Smartphones or tablets running EMUI 9.1 or higher can display the headphone connection window via Bluetooth quickly and automatically. This is much easier than traditional Bluetooth connectivity methods. The Huawei FreeLace Pro wireless headset is also equipped with another feature for connecting to two devices and fast switching between them, which is enough to double-tap the power button on the headphones to reconnect to the previous device without any hassle.
The back of the headphones is still equipped with a magnetic capability and can be glued together from the back. Each headphone has a built-in Hall switch. With this switch, the headphones can automatically disconnect the Bluetooth connection and stop playing music when closed (the headphones stick to each other from behind). When the handsets are disconnected again, the connection is established immediately and the headphones are turned on.
Conclusion
According to Huawei Lab data, these headphones have a built-in rechargeable 3-cell lithium battery with a capacity of 150 mAh, which shows excellent performance. This battery can last up to 24 hours of continuous music playback when fully charged. The Huawei FreeLace Pro headphones can play 5 hours of music with just 5 minutes of charging.
The Huawei FreeLace Pro will be available at a global price of $ 87. The pre-sale of this product has started and it will be officially available from September 4, 2020.
Most headphones that are installed on the head usually have a wireless model. In choosing this model, the type of use and place of use definitely need the highest amount of attention. So in this group and about the specifications of a good headphone, first of all, this issue should be considered. If you are a pedestrian or you are constantly listening to music on your mobile phone, wireless headphones will eliminate many of the common hassles. But beware, if you do not really need the wireless capability, do not pay about 50 to 100% more for a similar specification for a wireless headphone.
Noise-absorbing headphones
These headphones are the best option for use in crowded places, especially on airplanes, with two functions of isolating external sound and also producing anti-noise. Keep in mind that anti-noise headphones come in a variety of models, from inside the phone to head-mounted. Because of their noise-canceling properties, you can listen to your favorite music with less volume, which makes your ears less tired.
Professional or studio headphones
These headphones are supplied on the phone in all models. Their distinctive features include larger pads that cover the entire surface of the ear and also allow the least ambient noise to be heard. The mold of these headphones has a closed back, which has provided the smoothest sound output to the audience.
Headphones with Lightning port (for iOS devices) and USB-C
These headphones can be connected directly to the ports of your device, as opposed to the old wired headphones that connected to your mobile jack and established an analog connection, creating a direct digital connection. In addition to reducing noise and changing the frequency, this allows the output sound to reach your ears with the least change and in the clearest possible way.
